When Joe Moore moved from San Francisco to Atlanta, he was forced to learn how to effectively write software with developers scattered across the country. Remote pair programming was the answer. Joe will demonstrate how to get set up for bleeding-edge remote collaboration and how you can bring remote pair programming to your distributed team, regardless of whether you are a freelancer or work within a larger organization. Here’s a hint: developing great personal interaction skills and having a good attitude are at least as important as cutting-edge technology.
